24 Hour Cancellation Policy

Dear Clients,

We genuinely appreciate you choosing NOT forever. Whilst we really do endeavour to offer a friendly and relaxed atmosphere at our clinic, over the past few months we have seen dramatic increase in the number of appointments cancelled at very late notice. More often than not, these sessions go unfilled and the total cost to us as a business has now reached such level that we feel we have no alternative but to introduce a formal cancellation policy.

  • Please note our consultations are FREE.
  • All clients must make any changes to their appointments as soon as possible but latest 24 hours before. Failing to do so will result in the following charges.
  • Failing to attend the free consultation will result in £20 deposit prior to future consultation. This deposit is refundable upon clients attendance or will go towards the treatment charge.
  • Failing to attend the actual treatment will be charged at £10 for every started 30min appointment.

 

There will be no exceptions to this policy to ensure complete fairness to all our clients. Cancellation charge will be collected prior to next booking and will be non-refundable if the appointment will be missed.
